AutoComplete not work with extended character due to another similar entry.

Cause:

AutoComplete does not complete the entry for a value containing an extended character because another entry in the column contains the same character in the same position and is sorted AFTER the value being entered.

Solution:

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Excel at this point.
